Previous incidents

We're currently seeing delays in emails reaching Microsoft-hosted inboxes - Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live and MSN. This started earlier today and we're actively tracking it.

What this means: booking confirmations, receipts and other automated emails to customers on those Microsoft addresses may arrive late, or in some cases bounce. Emails to Gmail, Apple, Yahoo and every other provider are unaffected.

Investigating — intermittent errors

We’re seeing brief, intermittent 504 errors affecting a small number of
requests. The platform remains operational and the majority of bookings,
payments and dashboard activity are unaffected — if you do hit an error, a
refresh should resolve it.

We’re monitoring closely and investigating the cause. We’ll post a further
update later today.
